Happy Earth Day!

So there is still time...  North Star is giving away free veggie burgers today in honor of Earth Day!

I am trying a granola bar recipe tonight and if it turns out i would love to share it tomorrow.  If anyone has a good recipe please share.  I am combining a few recipes tonight.
